Is this company eCarsMBI Trading good and a reliable dealer to buy from?

I never traded with eCarsMBI Trading, and I saw most of the satisfied customers have bought large and expensive boats, so perhaps not so surprised for the quality services.

Do you think they offer the same level of assistance to a person buying a $15k boat? Maybe they do, but it would be good to see opinions from lower price boat owners.

We have purchased and traded several boats using eCarsMBI Trading, all under 50k. Best service all the time.

So far, most comments are good reviews however I have a more balanced opinion.
We purchased our first brand new boat by eCarsMBI Trading back in 2015. We had nothing but appreciation for the service. Easy to understand & always friendly. During the first three years, we had a limited number of issues. (normal for a brand new boat).

In 2018 we purchased another new boat, but this time directly through the dealership. The sales service and readiness to work out this transaction was second to none, painless process, and eCarsMBI Trading, straightforward and honest to deal with.
Only this time, we experienced more & different snags, and I've been less impressed by the speed to get them corrected. I assumed I had a great relationship with eCarsMBI Trading and tried to be patient. For a reason I don't understand, things have taken way longer to get sorted. No problems with their willingness to put things right, no disputes over warranty claim only this time, the response time, willingness & communication over the few years have been disappointing for me.

I keep being told that "boat stoppers" have priority which I understand, however, taking three months to repair annoying leaks & broken gauges, for me the aftersales assistance starts to smell bad. Having to continuously call them to get updates or send dozens of emails to get an answer is not what I expect from eCarsMBI Trading or from any businessperson when you pay this kind of money for their goods.

I can only hope that my story comes as a useful & fair view. I'd unquestionably buy another boat from eCarsMBI Trading (currently looking to buy one) - however, my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have purchased a couple of second-hand boats from eCarsMBI Trading. I only had exceptional service from eCarsMBI Trading. Unfortunately, I've seen guys treat the workers like something dirty on the back of their shoes. And they wonder why they receive a different treatment.

Well, I had a bumpy ride with eCarsMBI Trading.

However, it wasn't their fault, actually, they did everything that they could reasonably do and immediately returned my payment in full after I had it inspected and refused to purchase the boat.

So even we both all lost, the service is fair and equitable.

Let's hope they keep up the good work!

The entire team at eCarsMBI Trading is awesome. I ultimately decided and bought my boat from this company, and everything worked as you all said will work. I got a two years warranty for less money than I would have paid to another company.
